Compliance Package definition

Compliance Package or “Prior Approval Request” means the documents required to be submitted to the Authority in connection with a request for compliance approval of a particular Mortgage Loan. “Condominium Owners Association” or “Association of Apartment Owners” means all of the owners of apartments in a condominium acting as a group in accordance with its bylaws and with its declaration as it is duly recorded and as they may be lawfully amended.

Compliance Package means the documents as may be required by TSAHC with respect to a Mortgage Loan submitted to TSAHC.

• After the Authority has reviewed and approved the Compliance Package, the Mortgage File will be reviewed by the Servicer pursuant to the Program Manual which sets forth procedures for all Mortgage Lenders by the Authority and Servicer, prior to the Purchase Date arranged for the Mortgage Loan between the Servicer and Mortgage Lender consistent with Section 4.09(b) and (f) hereto.

• The examination and acceptance of a Mortgage File by the Servicer hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of any warranty, representation or covenant by the Mortgage Lender or the Mortgagor with respect to the Mortgage Loan to which the Compliance Package and Mortgage File pertains.

• The Mortgage Lender shall pay all costs of preparing and furnishing the Compliance Package and the Mortgage File to the Authority and Servicer.

• The Authority will review the Compliance Package and either approve such Mortgage Loan or communicate any conditions that must be resolved to the Mortgage Lender.

• The Mortgage Lender may submit the Compliance Package to the Authority at any time after the Mortgage Loan reservation.

More Definitions of Compliance Package

Compliance Package means the documents required by TSAHC with respect to an MCC application submitted to TSAHC.

Compliance Package means the documents as may be required by REI Oklahoma with respect to a Mortgage Loan submitted to the Program Administrator.

Compliance Package means Skills4Good’s subscription-based privacy and artificial intelligence (AI) compliance support packages (including any third-party software which is part thereof) as described in and ordered by Customer in a Proposal/Order Form. Each Compliance Package contains a bundle of Deliverables that Skills4Good provides to Customer as ordered and paid for by Customer following the corresponding Proposal/Order Form. Skills4Good will provide and implement the Compliance Package to Customer in a commercially reasonable and professional manner, keeping with industry standards and practices and following applicable laws and regulations. Skills4Good shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to determine the method and means for delivering the Compliance Package. Skills4Good may use the services of subcontractors in the delivery of the Compliance Package under this Agreement. Skills4Good employees and subcontractors shall remain under its direction and control. A Proposal/Order Form shall specify, among others, the term of authorized use of the Compliance Package (“Subscription Term”), the fees and other charges for the Compliance Package, any payment terms, Deliverables, the scope of use, and the numbers, types, and identifiers of Authorized Users, applications, and locations at or through which Customer is permitted to use the Compliance Package and any Professional Services. Each Proposal/Order Form is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement for that order. Customer shall pay each invoice in US dollars unless otherwise stated in the Proposal/Order Form.

Compliance Package means, for each Mortgage Loan originated under the Program, all of the items listed in the applicable Review Checklist, which are required by the Authority for its determination of compliance of such Mortgage Loan with Program and Code requirements.

Compliance Package means the documents as may be required by the Administrator with respect to a Mortgage Loan submitted to the Administrator for compliance review.
