Compliance File definition

Compliance File means the documents listed in the Administrator’s Guidelines as “Compliance File” pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan.
Compliance File means, with respect to a Mortgage Loan, the documents required to be submitted by the Mortgage Lender to MFA, MFA’s Contracted Service Provider or MFA’s designee, as set forth in the Program Documents, to request Compliance Approval in accordance with MFA’s Program Documents.
Compliance File means the documents detailed in the Administrator’s Guidelines. “Condominium Development” or “Condominium” means a real estate development: (i) formed pursuant to the condominium statutes of the State and a recorded declaration and other constituent documents; (ii) the unit owners of which have title to a unit in a development, and may have the right to the exclusive use of certain limited common areas; and (iii) the common areas of which are administered and maintained by, but not owned by, an owners association, which may levy assessments against each unit estate.

Compliance File means the Supplier’s (or its Affiliate’s or Subcontractor‘s) internal document for each market within the Territory comprising parts of the registered CMC dossier and/or the manufacturing and packaging instructions, analytical specifications of raw materials, in-process and finished Product used to produce the Package Configuration.
