Compliance Consultant definition

Compliance Consultant means the independent, third-party compliance consultancy engaged by CFP during the Relevant Period;
Compliance Consultant means Kroll, LLC.
Compliance Consultant means the outside independent entity retained by Maxim, such as a healthcare or consulting firm, to perform the functions identified in Appendix C.
