Completed Tower definition

Completed Tower means any wireless transmission tower owned or managed by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that, as of any date of determination:
Completed Tower means a communications transmission tower with, as of any date of determination, (i) at least one anchor tenant that has executed a definitive lease or Site Management Contract with the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and (ii) capacity for at least three tenants.
Completed Tower means any wireless transmission tower owned or managed by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that, as of any date of determination, (i) has at least one wireless communications or broadcast tenant that has executed a definitive lease with the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, which lease is producing revenue with respect to the tower as of the date of determination, and (ii) has capacity for at least two tenants in addition to the tenant referred to in clause (i) of this definition.

  • Each Completed Tower Asset has the used (current) capacity set forth on Schedule 3.19(f)(i).

  • Schedule 3.19(f)(i) contains a list and brief description of all Completed Tower Assets and Schedule 3.19(f)(ii) contains a list and brief description of all Uncompleted Tower Assets.

  • To the knowledge of the Seller, the Uncompleted Tower Assets (to the extent completed) and the Completed Tower Assets have been constructed substantially in accordance with the design drawings and other items described in Section 3.19(k)(i).

  • No later than fifteen Business Days following the delivery of such Completed Tower Certificate, Buyer and Parent shall pay in immediately available funds to the Sellers, pro rata in accordance with the percentages set forth in Section C of the Company Disclosure Schedule (which percentages may be adjusted by the Sellers pursuant to the Sellers Letter Agreement), the Incomplete Tower Holdback Amount for such Tower less the amount of the Remaining Tower Completion Expenses, if any.

  • Upon any Incomplete Tower becoming a Completed Tower, such Tower shall cease to be an “Incomplete Tower” for purposes of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Completed Tower

Completed Tower means any Tower that (i) is stacked to its full planned height and in accordance with all of its plans and permits, and has received its 2C certification (or any similar or equivalent law or requirement in Guatemala or Nicaragua, as the case may be), (ii) has all permits and approvals, including a certificate of occupancy or the equivalent where needed, (iii) has permanent power installed, (iv) perimeter fencing and guy wire fencing, if any, is installed, (v) the road improvements with respect to the access roads that had been contemplated in the original plan have been constructed, (vi) tower lights required by applicable law have been installed, (vii) gravel where called for in the construction documents is installed in the compound area, and (viii) except as set forth on Section 1.1(a)-1 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, the Tenant for which the Tower was originally constructed has completed installation of its equipment on such Tower.
Completed Tower means a communications transmission tower or in-building site with, as of any date of determination, (i) at least one anchor tenant that has executed a definitive lease or Site Management Contract with the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and (ii) capacity for at least three tenants.

Related to Completed Tower

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.

  • Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:

  • Large project means, for purposes of the Soft Cost Ratio limitation in Section 3.F, a Project with more than 24 Housing Credit units.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Qualified project means the construction or expansion of any capital project of the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, the aggregate actual or budgeted capital cost of which (in each case, including capital costs expended by the Borrower or any such Restricted Subsidiaries prior to the construction or expansion of such project) exceeds $50,000,000.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Power Plant means a facility for the generation of

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Subproject means a development activity proposed by a Beneficiary under Part A.2 (d) of the Project and financed or to be financed through a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) made out of the proceeds of the Development Credit;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Residential Project means a redevelopment project that is

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.

  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental property assessment of the Assets that satisfies the basic assessment requirements set forth under the current ASTM International Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments (Designation E1527-13) or any other visual site assessment or review of records, reports or documents.
