Completed Property definition

Completed Property means property for which occupancy certificate has been received from the relevant authority;
Completed Property any Operating Property (or phase of an Operating Property) that is Construction-in-Process until the completion of such Operating Property (or phase thereof) as evidenced by the issuance of a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy (whichever occurs first) for such Operating Property or any phase thereof.
Completed Property means a Property for which Completion has occurred or will occur on the date of determination or on the respective Property Closing Date.

Completed Property means each of the: (i) Chattanooga Property; (ii) Lenexa Property; and (iii) Lubbock Property, and “Completed Properties” means the collective reference to all of the foregoing.
