Completed Project definition

Completed Project means a Project that has been physically completed or fully implemented and in respect of which all related payments have been made by the Grant Recipient and the corresponding public contribution has been paid to the Grant Recipient.
Completed Project as used in this Part V means:
Completed Project means a Project completed under this Contract, which has passed final inspection and for which a client satisfaction signature has been obtained.

More Definitions of Completed Project

Completed Project means a project that the department has determined both of the following:
Completed Project means an eligible project that has been placed in service as defined by the Code, which must occur by February 16, 2012.
Completed Project. – means an eligible Project that is completed (in place and fully operational).
Completed Project means that the applicable regulatory authority has issued a Certificate of Completion.
