Complaints Handling Policy means the Trust's complaints handling policy, as adopted by the Applicant NHS Trust and as amended from time to time by the Board of Directors;

A reasonable expectation of death or serious injury before abatement exists if a rational person, subjected to the same conditions or practices giving rise to the peril, would not expose the person's self to the danger during the time necessary for abatement.

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
