Complaints Handling Officer definition

Complaints Handling Officer means the persons specified in Part 5 of Schedule 1 who are nominated by each party to receive and manage complaints in accordance with the Internal Complaints Handling Procedure.
Complaints Handling Officer means an officer whose duty includes ensuring the Financial Institution’s compliance with this Notice;
Complaints Handling Officer means an officer designated by a capital market operator, to deal with complaints, in accordance with these Rules, and includes a person appointed by a capital market operator to deal with complaints on its behalf;

  • The Company has appointed a Complaints Handling Officer, who is responsible for implementation of the complaints handling policy.

  • Any complaints arising under this Agreement must, in the case of the Processor, in the first instance be referred to the Processor’s Internal Complaints Handling Officer for resolution under the Processor’s complaint handling procedure set out in Annexure 2, in accordance with section 43(1) of the Code.

Related to Complaints Handling Officer
