COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES. (a) A grievance under this Agreement shall be defined as any difference or dispute between the Employer and any employee relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement, including any questions as to whether the matter is arbitrable and an allegation that this Agreement has been violated.

COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES. 7.01 If an employee has a complaint concerning the application, interpretation, administration, or alleged violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement, he/she shall take the matter up orally with his/her immediate Supervisor or designate within five (5) business days after the circumstance giving rise to the complaint. COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES. 11.01 Parties to this Agreement believe that it is important to adjust complaints and grievances as quickly as possible. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Article, any nurse and/or the Union may present a complaint at any time without recourse to the formal written procedures herein described.
