Competitor List definition

Competitor List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

Competitor List is defined in the definition of the Competitor.

• The Agent shall have the right, and the Company hereby expressly authorizes the Agent, to (A) post the list of Competitors provided by the Company and any updates thereto from time to time (collectively, the “Competitor List”) on the Platform, including that portion of the Platform that is designated for “public side” Lenders and/or (B) provide the Competitor List to each Lender requesting the same.
