Competitive Quotations definition

Competitive Quotations means the procurement of Goods and/or Services, in accordance with the provisions of Section “6” herein.
Competitive Quotations means a quotation in the prescribed form submitted in response to an advertisement or request for construction, goods or services;
Competitive Quotations means the solicitation procedure commenced by a request for quotations and in response to which a person solicited submits a quotation;

Examples of Competitive Quotations in a sentence

  • Competitive Quotations need not be sealed and need not be opened and read at a stated time.

  • If, following reasonable efforts, insufficient numbers of Vendors exist for the solicitation of the requisite number of Competitive Quotations, then the Procurement Officer shall cause to be solicited Competitive Quotations from less than the requisite number of Vendors; provided, however, that the basis and other facts and circumstances or such efforts and/or findings relating to this provision shall be placed in writing.

Related to Competitive Quotations

  • Indicative Quote means a Quote at which the Company has the right not to accept any Instructions or execute any Orders.

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations means the arithmetic mean of the bid and offered rates for the annual fixed leg (calculated on a 30/360 day count basis) of a fixed-for-floating euro interest rate swap transaction which:

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate Quotation means a quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the relevant Mid-Market Swap Rate;

  • Administrative Questionnaire means an Administrative Questionnaire in a form supplied by the Administrative Agent.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Competitive Range means the responsive submissions that meet the evaluation criteria and are considered to be reasonably susceptible of award.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Weighted Average Quotation means, in accordance with the Quotation Method, the weighted average of firm quotations obtained from Dealers at the Valuation Time, to the extent reasonably practicable, each for an amount of the Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal balance (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall exclude any amounts of capitalised interest) of as large a size as available but less than the Quotation Amount (but of a size equal to the Minimum Quotation Amount or, if quotations of a size equal to the Minimum Quotation Amount are not available, quotations as near in size as practicable to the Minimum Quotation Amount) that in the aggregate are approximately equal to the Quotation Amount and Section 7.11 of the Credit Definitions shall be amended accordingly.

  • Interpolated Screen Rate means, in relation to LIBOR for any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:

  • Index Currency means USD.

  • Full Quotation means, in accordance with the Quotation Method, each firm quotation obtained from a Dealer at the Valuation Time, to the extent reasonably practicable, for an amount of the Reference Obligation with an outstanding principal balance equal to the Quotation Amount;

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • LIBOR Quoted Currency means each of the following currencies: Dollars; Euro; Sterling; Yen; and Swiss Franc; in each case as long as there is a published LIBOR rate with respect thereto.
