Examples of Competitive Company in a sentence
Company shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any of the companies listed on Distributor’s list is a Competitive Company.
While I am an employee of the Company and for a period of two (2) years after my employment ends for any reason, I will not, directly or indirectly, either as an employee, employer, agent, principal, partner, member, stockholder (except as set forth below), corporate officer or director, or in any other individual or representative capacity, engage in or participate in any Competitive Company.
If a company with which Distributor is working is a Competitive Company, at Company’s sole option, either 1) Distributor shall cease work for such company, or 2) the Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without further liability to Company.
Seller shall not use the terms “The Wine Spies,” “Agent White,” “Agent Red,” “Agent Sparkle,” or “Agent Blush,” or any trade or service name of the Company or any derivative or abbreviation of any of the foregoing in any Competitive Company or in any manner a reasonable person would find confusingly similar to the Company being operated by the Company, provided, however, that Seller may use the name “The Wine Spies” for his tax filings to the extent necessary.
