Competitive Business definition

Competitive Business means any firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation and/or any other Person, and/or any licensee of such entity, that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, provides, offers, or sells any services or products substantially similar to First Party’s services or products.
Competitive Business means any business which competes, directly or indirectly, with the Business in the Market.
Competitive Business has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Competitive Business means any business that is engaged in or is about to become engaged in the development, production or sale of any product, investigational compound, technology, process, service or line of business concerning the treatment of any disease, which product, investigational compound, technology, process, service or line of business resembles or competes with any product, investigational compound, technology, process, service or line of business that was sold by, or in development at, BMS during your employment with BMS.
Competitive Business means the banking and financial services business, which includes, without limitation, consumer savings, commercial banking, the insurance and trust business, the savings and loan business and mortgage lending, or any other business in which any of the Bank Entities is engaged or has invested significant resources within the prior six (6) month period in preparation for becoming actively engaged.
