Competitive Area means the 30 mile radius around any location where the Company (A) has a then current location (including the Company’s current locations listed on Exhibit B attached hereto) and (B) has a bona fide intention to open a new location.

You agree that this covenant is reasonable with respect to its duration, geographical area and scope, in light of the nature and worldwide scope of the business activities of the Ares Companies.
