Competing Products or Services means products or services that are competitive with products or services offered by, developed by, designed by or distributed by the Company during the two (2) years prior to my last day of employment with the Company.
Competing Products or Services means products, processes, or services of any person or organization other than Allscripts, in existence or under development, which are substantially the same, may be substituted for, or applied to substantially the same end use as any product, process, or service of Allscripts with which Executive works or worked during the time of Executive’s employment with Allscripts or about which Executive acquires or acquired Confidential Information through Executive’s work with Allscripts.

Competing Products or Services means products or services that are competitive with products or services offered by, developed by, designed by or distributed by the Company to any Restricted Customer during the two (2) years prior to my last day of employment with the Company. “Restricted Customer” means any person, company or entity that was a customer, vendor, supplier or referral source of the Company and with which I had direct contact for purposes of performing responsibilities for the Company or for which I had supervisory responsibilities on behalf of the Company, in either case at any time during the two (2) years prior to my last day of employment with the Company. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Restricted Customer also means any prospective customer(s), vendor(s), supplier(s) or referral source(s) with which I had business contact on behalf of the Company in the twelve (12) months prior to my last day of employment with the Company; and
Competing Products or Services means products or services which are of the same kind as or of a materially similar kind to and competitive with any products or services sold or supplied by the Company or any Relevant Group Company during the period of 12 months immediately prior to the Effective Date and with which sale or supply the Executive was directly involved, concerned or interested or about which he possessed Confidential Information.

For purposes of this Agreement, “Competing Organization” means persons or organizations, including Executive, engaged in, or about to become engaged in research or development, production, distribution, marketing, providing or selling of a Competing Product or Service.
Competing Products or Services means products for, or services provided to, casinos, gaming business or other persons, organizations or locations providing gaming products, equipment or services or that are in the gaming or gaming service or gaming products or equipment business.

Competing Products or Services means products, processes, or services of any person or organization other than Company, in existence or under development, which are substantially the same, may be substituted for, or applied to substantially the same end use as the products, processes, or services of Company with which Executive works during the Employment Period or about which Executive acquires Confidential Information in course of his employment hereunder, including, without limitation, (i) ambulatory point of care decision support software for physicians, (ii) ambulatory electronic medical record or practice management software, (iii) homecare, home health or hospice support software, and (iv) ambulatory electronic processing of healthcare transactions.
