Competing Product definition

Competing Product means [***].
Competing Product means any product, process, good or service of any Person other than the Company, in existence or under development, which competes, directly or indirectly, with a product, process, good or service on or with which the Employee has worked for the Company or about which the Employee has Confidential Information.
Competing Product means any product that competes with any Company Product.
