Competing Organization definition

Competing Organization means any person or organization engaged in, or with definitive plans to become engaged in, research or development, production, distribution, marketing or selling of a Competing Product.
Competing Organization means any person or organization, including the Employee, engaged in, or about to become engaged in, research on or the acquisition, development, production, distribution, marketing, or providing of a Competing Product.
Competing Organization means persons or organizations engaged in, or about to become engaged in, research or development, production, distribution, marketing, providing or selling of a Competing Product.

Examples of Competing Organization in a sentence

  • For a period of six (6) months after termination of the Employee’s employment with the Company for any reason, whether with or without cause, the Employee will not (A) render services directly or indirectly, as an employee, consultant or otherwise, to any Competing Organization in connection with research on or the acquisition, development, production, distribution, marketing or providing of any Competing Product, or (B) own any interest in any Competing Organization.

  • Executive agrees that during the Employment Period and for a period of twelve (12) months after the Termination Date, regardless of the reason for such termination, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, for Executive’s own benefit or for the benefit of others, render services for a Competing Organization in connection with Competing Products or Services anywhere within the Restricted Territory.

  • The Executive shall not solicit or attempt to solicit any party who is then or, during the 12-month period prior to such solicitation or attempt by the Executive was (or was solicited to become), a customer or supplier of the Company or Affiliate, provided that the restriction in this Section 9.2 shall not apply to any activity on behalf of a business that is not a Competing Organization.

  • The Executive understands that services described in the preceding sentence, including without limitation those rendered to such Competing Organization in an executive, scientific, administrative, or consulting capacity in connection with Competing Products are in support of actual competition in various geographic areas and thus fall within the prohibition of this Agreement regardless of where such services physically are rendered.

  • Some agencies will pay this fee; others expect prospective adopters to pay.


More Definitions of Competing Organization

Competing Organization means any person or organization which is engaged in or about to become engaged in research on, consulting regarding, or development, production, marketing or selling of a Competing Product including, but not limited to, the organizations identified on Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Competing Organization means any person or legal entity engaged in, about to engage in, or intending to engage in, the business of providing services to foreign and/or domestic pharmaceutical companies, specifically: drug distribution; physician-oriented drug promotion; product registration; clinical trial management; and pre-market entry analyses.

Competing Organization means Employee and any person or entity which is engaged in, or is planning to become engaged in research, development, production, manufacturing, marketing or selling of a Competing Business within the area in which Employer is then conducting any business or has affirmative plans to conduct business while these covenants are in effect.
Competing Organization means an organization identified as a Competing Organization by the Chief Executive Officer of NCR for the year in which your employment with NCR terminates, and any other person or organization which is engaged in or about to become engaged in research on or development, production, marketing, leasing, selling or servicing of a product, process, system or service which is the same or similar to or competes with a product, process, system or service manufactured, sold, serviced or otherwise provided by NCR to its customers. The list of Competing Organizations identified by the Chief Executive Officer is maintained by the NCR Law Department.

The list of Competing Organizations identified by the Chief Executive Officer is maintained by the Teradata Law Department.
