Executive’s Annual Performance Goals may be a combination of the “corporate scorecard” and individual contributions of the Executive, and, the weighting thereof, as well as performance versus this criteria, shall be determined by the Compensation Committee (with, subject to the Compensation Committee Charter, input from the Chief Executive Officer), in its reasonable judgment.
