Compensation and Payment Terms. A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
Compensation and Payment Terms. (a) Contractor’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Contractor for the Services performed under this Agreement is One Million Three Hundred Forty-One Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Seven and 00/100 Dollars ($1,341,647.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Contractor under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.

Compensation and Payment Terms. Consultant shall be paid sixty-five dollars ($65.00) per hour starting February 1, 2008. Consultant shall invoice the Company and Company shall pay Consultant within 15 days of receipt of the invoice. Such payment shall be pro-rated should the Agreement terminated prior to the expiration of the payment period in which the Agreement terminates.

In no event shall the amount paid by County to Consultant under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
Compensation and Payment Terms. Consultant shall be paid five thousand dollars ($4,500) per month on the 1st day of each month. Such payment shall be pro-rated should the Agreement terminated prior to the expiration of the payment period in which the Agreement terminates.

The Maximum Compensation to Engineer for the Services performed under this Agreement is Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Forty and 00/100 Dollars ($596,040.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Engineer under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
Compensation and Payment Terms. The Consultant shall be paid $5,000 per month for the above services. Consultant shall xxxx semi-monthly. All amounts shall be paid within 5 days of invoice. Consultant shall receive 5,000,000 shares of stock which shall vest quarterly over a period of two years which shall be developed by the Board of Directors and commensurate with the Consultants position as CEO and board member.
Compensation and Payment Terms. Consultant shall be prepaid $5,000 per month until such time as parties shall agree by email depending on the needs of the company. Payment shall be made by wire to Consultant.
Compensation and Payment Terms. The Consultant shall be paid at a rate of $5,000 per quarter payable on the first business day of the month. In the event the Consultant is requested to perform services outside the Duties required to maintain a public shell, the Consultant shall be paid on a transactional basis. Hourly Services shall be pre-approved in advanced by email from any member of the Board of Directors.
