Comparable NFL Facilities definition

Comparable NFL Facilities means premier, first-class multipurpose sports stadiums incorporating, at the time of initial construction or material renovation, technological innovations, environmental sustainability considerations and other best practices in design, construction, and ultimate operations in which NFL teams regularly play their games and that are of comparable size and age, adjusted to reflect any material renovations, of the Stadium.
Comparable NFL Facilities means premier, first-class, multipurpose sports stadiums incorporating, at the time of initial construction or material renovation, technological innovations, environmental sustainability considerations, and other best practices in design, construction, and ultimate operations, in which NFL teams regularly play their games and that are of comparable size and age, adjusted to reflect any material renovations, as the Stadium. For the avoidance of doubt, the stadium currently known as Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, California shall not constitute a Comparable NFL Facility with respect to Capital Improvements required by the Capital Repairs Standard, but shall constitute a Comparable NFL Facility with respect to Capital Repairs required by the Capital Repairs Standard and with respect to the Operating Standard.

  • All insurance policies required to be procured under this Agreement shall (i) comport with the State of Nevada Department of Administration requirements, (ii) be of a level that is no less than that which is customarily required for Comparable NFL Facilities, and (iii) be effected under valid policies issued by insurers which have an Xxxxxx X.

  • The books of account and all other records relating to or reflecting the same shall be kept at a central business location which has been disclosed to the Authority Representative pursuant to a Notice, subject to StadCo’s customary document retention policies consistent with such policies maintained by tenants of Comparable NFL Facilities.

  • The Parking Plan and Parking Operator Agreements shall be structured and implemented to perform in terms of lighting, safety, ingress and egress, in a manner reasonably consistent with parking plans for Comparable NFL Facilities.

  • At all times during the Term and on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, Licensee shall provide, at its sole cost and expense security and security personnel for the Premises necessary to satisfy the QOS and at least equal to that of Comparable NFL Facilities.

  • Licensor and Licensee shall, prior to the earlier of the Completion Date or the Opening Date, develop appropriate quality operating standards for the Stadium (“QOS”), giving due consideration to the relevant standards imposed by the International Organization for Standardization (“ISO”) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) and the standards used by Comparable NFL Facilities.

  • All insurance coverage obtained by Licensee for the Premises must comport with (i) the State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services (“DOAS”) requirements and (ii) a level that is no less than that which is customarily required for Comparable NFL Facilities.

Related to Comparable NFL Facilities

  • Comparable Buildings means the Building and those other life sciences buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation of to the building), quality of construction, level of services and amenities, size and appearance, and are located in South San Francisco, California and the surrounding commercial area.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Comparable Company means global company and deemed by the Calculation Agent to have characteristics comparable to the Companies initially comprising the Reference Portfolio.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A.   • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
