Company’s Knowledge definition

Company’s Knowledge means the actual knowledge of the executive officers (as defined in Rule 405 under the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) of the Company, after due inquiry.
Company’s Knowledge means with respect to any statement made to the Company’s Knowledge, that the statement is based upon the actual knowledge of the executive officers of the Company having responsibility for the matter or matters that are the subject of the statement.
Company’s Knowledge mean the actual knowledge after reasonable and due inquiry of the “officers” (as such term is defined in Rule 3b-2 under the Exchange Act, but excluding any Vice President or Secretary) of the Company.
