  • Following Customer’s receipt of the Threshold Notice, Company and Customer shall consult and Customer shall determine whether it wishes to (a) deliver an unconditional written direction to Company to complete the Company Work (“Notice to Proceed”) or (b) terminate this Agreement for convenience by delivering a written notice thereof to Company (“Convenience Termination Notice”).

  • Following Company’s receipt of a Notice to Proceed signed by an authorized representative of Customer, Company will recommence performance of the Company Work in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement does not provide for, and the Company Work shall not include, provision of generation interconnection service or transmission service.
