Company Welfare Plans definition

Company Welfare Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b).
Company Welfare Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3 hereof.

More Definitions of Company Welfare Plans

Company Welfare Plans means all “employee welfare benefit plans” (as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA) maintained, or contributed to, or required to be contributed to, by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries for the benefit of any current or former independent contractors, consultants, agents, employees, officers or directors of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Welfare Plans means the welfare benefit plans established by Company following the Effective Date which provide benefits which correspond to benefits provided under the FDC Welfare Plans.
Company Welfare Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b) hereof.
Company Welfare Plans means the welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs provided by the Company and its affiliated companies (including without limitation, medical, prescription, dental, disability, employee life, group life, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs).
Company Welfare Plans means Company Benefit Employee Plans which constitute "employee welfare benefit plans" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA.
