Company Warranties definition

Company Warranties means the representations and warranties of the Company as set forth in Schedule 4 (Company Warranties).
Company Warranties means the warranties of the Company as set out in Schedule 1.
Company Warranties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof.
