Company Unitholder definition

Company Unitholder means each holder of one or more Company Units that is a party hereto as of the date hereof or which becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.1.
Company Unitholder means the holder of either Existing Company Common Units or Existing Company Preferred Units.
Company Unitholder means any Person that holds any Company Units.
