Company System definition

Company System means the hardware, software, database applications and other systems used by or on behalf of the Company to perform the Services.
Company System means any computer system, network, telecommunication system, database, or other information technology environment owned, controlled, operated or maintained by Company or any Company Representative, including electronic mail, voicemail, networks, internet and intranet portals and the Company web.

Company System means the information and trading system of the Company, including related software of the Company, which allows the Customers to perform trading and investment operations as well as obtain the necessary analytical, statistical and other information.
