Company Supplier definition

Company Supplier means each supplier or partner of the Company that supplied products, services or support (including with respect to the development, hosting or maintenance of the Company’s technology or web properties) and to whom the Company made payments in excess of $25,000 in the aggregate during any calendar year through December 31, 2019.
Company Supplier means any direct supplier of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries where either (i) a substantial portion of the sales of such supplier and its Affiliates are in the chemical industry or (ii) the amounts sold to the Company and its Subsidiaries by such supplier and its Affiliates are not de minimus to the Company.
Company Supplier is defined in Section 4.19.
