Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, each Member will use the technology to which it has access under or in connection with this Agreement (including without limitation Company Licensed Rights and Company Software) in a manner that is consistent with all applicable export laws, rules and regulations, and will institute any procedures that may be required or appropriate to ensure compliance with such laws, rules and regulations.
The Board of Directors shall, among other Company management responsibilities, approve all Final Specifications, an Intellectual Property Rights Policy for the Company and the Members, as well as terms for a license for any Company Licensed Rights, Company Software, and any trademark that the Company may adopt for the purposes of licensing to Members, together with the terms for any Certification Requirements for interoperability and conformity with the Final Specification.
Company Information: Confidential Information owned by the Company and disclosed to the visitor, including Confidential Information relating to the Company Software.
