Company Sick Pay definition

Company Sick Pay has the meaning given in clause 18.4;
Company Sick Pay means any sick pay paid in accordance with clause 11.3 (Sickness).
Company Sick Pay. The Company operates a Company Sick Pay Scheme for the benefit of its employees which is in addition to Statutory Sick Pay entitlement. All payments made under this company scheme are at the sole discretion of the Company. Examples of Company Sick Pay in a sentence

  • Company Sick Pay will include any entitlement to statutory sick pay or any benefits provided by virtue of any permanent health insurance scheme.

  • To qualify for Company Sick Pay (“CSP”) you must follow company procedures and notification and certification of absent (as outlined above).

  • Company Sick Pay will be based on the Executive’s normal salary less any State benefits claimable by the Executive on account of his sickness or injury, less normal deductions.

  • Company Sick Pay is also subject to the Executive's compliance with this Agreement and will not be paid in respect of any period of illness that commences during the first 6 months of the Executive's employment or whilst the Company is addressing performance or disciplinary issues.

  • The Company reserves the right to pay Company Sick Pay in addition to the above entitlement at its absolute discretion.

  • Company Sick Pay is also subject to the Executive’s compliance with this Agreement and will not be paid in respect of any period of illness that commences during the first 6 months of the Executive’s employment or whilst the Company is addressing performance or disciplinary issues.

  • In addition, the Company may pay Company Sick Pay (in full) of up to 6 days per calendar year at the discretion of your Manager.

  • Company Sick Pay payable to you shall be reduced by any Statutory Sick Pay received by you and any State or other benefits recoverable by you.

  • If you are absent due to illness or injury, provided that you shall have complied with Tumbleweed's then current regulations relating to incapacity you shall be paid Company Sick Pay equivalent to your normal remuneration for up to 13 weeks continuous absence or up to 26 weeks absence in aggregate in any period of twelve months, and thereafter only for such periods as Tumbleweed in its absolute discretion (without obligation) considers reasonable in the circumstances.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Executive will be entitled to receive the Transition Benefits (other than the Continued Benefits) regardless of whether he remains employed by the Company at the time of payment, and such Transition Benefits will only be forfeited if he breaches Sections 9, 10, or 11 of this Agreement.

  • Company Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(a).

  • Defined Benefit Plan Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the projected annual benefit (determined as of the close of the relevant Plan Year) of the Participant under all Defined Benefit Plans maintained by one or more Related Companies, and the denominator of which is the lesser of (a) the product of 1.25 multiplied by the dollar limitation in effect under Section 415(b)(1)(A) of the Code for the Plan Year, or (b) the product of 1.4 multiplied by the amount which may be taken into account under Section 415(b)(1)(B) of the Code with respect to the Participant for the Plan Year.

  • Company Benefit Plan has the meaning specified in Section 4.13(a).

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Compensatory time off means authorized time off earned by or awarded to an employee to compensate in whole or in part for time worked in excess of the minimum work time required of that employee as a condition of his or her employment.

  • Company Cash means all cash on hand or on deposit to the credit of the Company on the Closing Date;

  • Parent Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.07(b).

  • Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(e).

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

  • Company Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Seller Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Buyer Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(f).

  • Defined Benefit Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Participant's Projected Annual Benefit under all the defined benefit plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer, and the denominator of which is the lesser of 125 percent of the dollar limitation determined for the Limitation Year under Code ss.ss.415(b) and (d) or 140 percent of the Participant's Highest Average Compensation, including any adjustments under Code ss.415(b). Notwithstanding the above, if the Participant was a Participant as of the first day of the first Limitation Year beginning after December 31, 1986, in one or more Defined Benefit Plans maintained by the Employer which were in existence on May 6, 1986, the denominator of this fraction shall not be less than 125 percent of the sum of the annual benefits under such plans which the Participant had accrued as of the close of the last Limitation Year beginning before January 1, 1987, disregarding any changes in the terms and conditions of the plans after May 5, 1986. The preceding sentence applies only if the Defined Benefit Plans individually and in the aggregate satisfied the requirements of Code ss.415 for all Limitation Years beginning before January 1, 1987.

  • Company Privacy Policy means each external or internal, past or present privacy policy of the Company, including any policy relating to (i) the privacy of users of the Company Products or of any Company Website, (ii) the collection, storage, disclosure, and transfer of any User Data or Personal Data, and (iii) any employee information.

  • Company Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b).

  • Wages is defined as the amount of money the employee would have otherwise received over a period of absence.

  • Company Employee Benefit Plan means each Employee Benefit Plan that is maintained, sponsored or contributed to (or required to be contributed to) by any of the Group Companies or under or with respect to which any of the Group Companies has any Liability.

  • Defined Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan which is subject to Part 3 of Title I of ERISA, Section 412 of the Code or Title IV of ERISA.

  • Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.

  • Purchaser Benefit Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7(d).

  • Parent Stock Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • RemainCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
