Company Share Register definition

Company Share Register shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Company Share Register means the register of shareholders of the Company.

  • Registered Warrantholders means the persons who are registered owners of Warrants as such names appear on the register, and for greater certainty, shall include the Depository as well as the holders of Uncertificated Warrants appearing on the register of the Warrant Agent;

  • Book Entry Only Warrants means Warrants that are to be held only by or on behalf of the Depository;

  • Book-Entry Non-Registered Certificate Any Non-Registered Certificate that constitutes a Book-Entry Certificate.

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.
