Company Security Holder definition

Company Security Holder has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.15(e).

• Each Company Security Holder agrees that Confidential Information has been and may be made available to it in connection with its interest in the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

• Any amendment or waiver effected in accordance with this paragraph shall be binding upon each current Company Security Holder, each future Company Security Holder, and the Company.

Neither the Warrantors nor, to the best knowledge of the Warrantors, any of the Company Security Holders has received any oral or written inquiries, notifications, orders or any other forms of official correspondence from SAFE or any of its local branches with respect to any actual or alleged non-compliance with the SAFE Rules and Regulations and the Company and the Company Security Holders have made all oral or written filings, registrations, reporting or any other communications required by SAFE or any of its local branches.
