Company SEC Document definition

Company SEC Document means each report, schedule, proxy, form or statement filed or required to be filed with the SEC by the Company.
Company SEC Document means all reports, schedules, registration statements and other documents (including all exhibits and other information incorporated therein, amendments and supplements thereto) filed with or furnished to the SEC by the Company.
Company SEC Document means all reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents the Company has filed or furnished, as the case may be, since January 1, 2014 but prior to the date hereof, together with any schedules thereto and other information incorporated therein.

  • Company Disclosure Schedules means the disclosure schedules delivered by the Company to the Commitment Parties on the date of this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 3 below.

  • Buyer Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Parent RSU means each restricted stock unit representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Parent Common Stock by Parent, whether granted by Parent pursuant to a Parent Equity Plan, assumed by Parent in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted and whether vested or unvested.

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Purchaser Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by the Purchaser to the Company at the time of execution hereof.
