Company SARs definition

Company SARs means all stock appreciation rights with respect to Shares (whether granted by the Company pursuant to the Company Equity Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).
Company SARs means an award of stock appreciation rights that covers one or more Shares of Company Common Stock.
Company SARs means outstanding stock appreciation rights with respect to Ordinary Shares granted to Company Employees under the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
