Company SAR definition

Company SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Company Common Stock and granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Company SAR any stock appreciation right, whether settled in stock or in cash, relating to Company Common Shares, whether granted under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.
Company SAR means all stock appreciation rights granted under the Company Incentive Plan.
