Company Rules definition

Company Rules means the rules of the Company from time to time, approved by the Member, and adopted by the Company;
Company Rules means policies issued by the Company with respect to its strategic business partners, retail partners, distributors, Consumers including but not limited to the policy on the code of conduct and other sales and management policies as issued on the Website, Platform and/ or otherwise and amended from time to time;
Company Rules means the Company's rules, requirements, policies and standards as obtainable from the Company, including but not limited to the HSEC Requirements.

  • Default Schedule Notwithstanding the foregoing conditions of service under this Rate Schedule, service shall be subject to the provisions of Rule 5.9 of the Company Rules.

More Definitions of Company Rules

Company Rules as used herein, shall mean, collectively, the rules and policies of Company created to mitigate the risk of fraud, as the same may be amended, modified, updated, or otherwise changed from time to time.
