Company Restaurants definition

Company Restaurants means any Branded Restaurant(s) that are owned and operated by one or more Non-Securitization Entity, including Branded Restaurants that a Non-Securitization Entity reacquires from Franchisees from time to time until they can be refranchised.
Company Restaurants means Branded Restaurants owned and operated by any Securitization Entity or Non-Securitization Entity.
Company Restaurants means, collectively, all restaurants from time to time during the term of this Agreement operated or wholly owned by the Company or its subsidiaries which offer to customers Proprietary Products.

  • The Manager will be responsible for administering the gift card programs of each Brand and will collect the proceeds of the initial sale of gift cards that are sold on the internet, at Company Restaurants, at third party retail locations or at other gift card vendors in one or more accounts in the name of the Manager (or a Subsidiary thereof).

More Definitions of Company Restaurants

Company Restaurants means, collectively, the Retained Restaurants, the Contributed Restaurants, the New Contributed Restaurants and the Reacquired Restaurants.
Company Restaurants means those restaurants directly operated by the Companies under either the Village Inn Brand or the Bakers Square Brand, as applicable.

Company Restaurants means the restaurants operated and managed by Hurricane Wings Management LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“ Wings Management ”), all of which will be identified, by restaurant name, address and ownership thereof, on Section 1(a) of the Disclosure Schedules; none of which is owned by the Company, it being understood and agreed that the Buyer is not acquiring any Company Restaurants.
Company Restaurants means such sixty (60) Restaurants, collectively.
