Company Real Property definition

Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

Company Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(a).

Company Real Property means all real property owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of the Company or its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.

• The Company Real Property Leases are valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their terms and are in full force and effect.

• No Target Company owns or has ever owned any real property or any interest in real property (other than the leasehold interests in the Company Real Property Leases).

• The Company has provided to the Purchaser a true and complete copy of each of the Company Real Property Leases, and in the case of any oral Company Real Property Lease, a written summary of the material terms of such Company Real Property Lease.

• There are no pending, or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened, condemnation proceedings against the Company Real Property, except as would not reasonably be likely, either individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company.

More Definitions of Company Real Property

Company Real Property any real property and improvements at any time owned, leased, used, operated, or occupied (whether for storage, disposal, or otherwise) by the Company.
