Company Prospectus definition

Company Prospectus means the prospectus relating to the Regency Shares that is first filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) after the Execution Time or, if filing pursuant to Rule 424(b) is not required, shall mean the form of final prospectus relating to the Regency Shares included in the Company Registration Statement at the Effective Date.
Company Prospectus means, collectively, the Prospectus dated April 2, 1998 and the Prospectus Supplement dated April 2, 1998 relating to the shares of Company Common Stock to be offered to the Subscriber, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Company Prospectus has the meaning set out in paragraph 11 of Part A of Schedule 1.
