Company Programs definition

Company Programs means any of (i) gene therapy mediated expression of GBA1, the gene encoding glucocerebrosidase (GCase), (ii) gene therapy mediated expression of Progranulin (GRN) and/or (iii) gene therapy mediated expression of knockdown alpha-synuclein.
Company Programs means any (a) completed film, television or other long-form audio-visual programs, whether owned by or licensed to the Company or its Subsidiaries, which are currently being Exploited or are otherwise available for Exploitation by the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (b) film, television or other long-form audio visual programs that are currently in any stage of production and are being produced, co-produced, financed or co-financed by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company Programs

Company Programs means any audio-visual programs developed, produced, co-produced, owned, acquired, sold, licensed or otherwise distributed by the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company Programs means the ARVC Program, the TNNI3-Associated HCM Program and any other research and development programs currently or previously worked by or on behalf of Company, directed towards cardiovascular disease.
