Company Privacy Policies definition

Company Privacy Policies means all current and, to the extent applicable, prior public or internal policies, procedures and representations of the Company or its Subsidiaries to the extent relating to data security or the Processing of Personally Identifiable Information, including the Data Protection Program.
Company Privacy Policies means, collectively, any and all (A) of the Company’s or any Company Subsidiary’s data privacy and security policies, procedures, and notices, whether applicable internally, or published on Company Websites or otherwise made available by the Company or any Company Subsidiary to any Person, (B) public representations (including representations on Company Websites) made by the Company with regard to Personal Data, and (C) third party privacy policies with which the Company or any Company Subsidiary has been or is contractually obligated to comply.
Company Privacy Policies means, collectively, any and all (A) of the Company’s and each Subsidiary’s data privacy and security policies, whether applicable internally, or published on Company Websites or otherwise made available by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Person, (B) public representations (including representations on Company Websites), industry self-regulatory obligations and commitments and Contracts with third parties relating to the Processing of Company Data and (C) policies and obligations applicable to the Company or any Subsidiary as a result of Company’s or any Subsidiary’s certification under any Applicable Law.

Company Privacy Policies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.31 hereof.
