Company Policies definition

Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 1, 2013 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.
Company Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are or at any time were maintained by or on behalf of or for the benefit or protection of Delta or any of its predecessors which relate to the Delta Business and/or the Ultra Business, or current or past directors, officers, employees or agents of any of the foregoing Businesses.
Company Policies means all insurance policies, insurance contracts and claim administration contracts of any kind of any member of the Xxxxxxx Group, which are in effect at the Effective Time, except all insurance policies, insurance contracts and claim administration contracts established in contemplation of the Distribution to cover any member of the Veralto Group after the Effective Time.

Company Policies means all Policies, current or past, which are or at any time were maintained by or on behalf of or for the benefit or protection of Air Products or any of its predecessors which relate to the Air Products Retained Business or the Versum Business, or current or past directors, officers, employees or agents of any of the foregoing Businesses, including the Policies identified on Schedule 1.1(21) hereto.
