Company Platform definition

Company Platform means any one or more online systems prescribed by the Company from time to time, which must be used for managing Learner records and administration;

Company Platform or “Platform” means Company’s U.S. patent-pending cloud software system for parsing a command or a natural language communication from a user and automatically generating a response using knowledge libraries, an artificial intelligence engine, and data retrieved from one or more servers.

For avoidance of doubt, the Company Platform does not include the specific duties performed by Company on behalf of Bank and as its agent.
