Company Noteholders definition

Company Noteholders means the holders of Company Notes.

Company Noteholders means (i) with respect to any time before the Closing, collectively, the holders of record of Company Notes outstanding as of such time and (ii) with respect to any time at or after the Closing, collectively, the holders of record of Company Notes outstanding as of immediately prior to the Closing.

Company Noteholders means collectively, the holders of the Company Convertible Notes and Company Notes.
