Company Members definition

Company Members means the holders of the Company Units, in their capacities as such.
Company Members means Holdco and SubCo.
Company Members means (i) with respect to any time before the Effective Time, collectively, the holders of record of Company Units outstanding as of such time and (ii) with respect to any time at or after the Effective Time, collectively, the holders of record of Company Units outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Company Members means RGGPLS, GRH Holdings, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, and Becton, Xxxxxxxxx and Company, a New Jersey corporation, and each of their respective successors and assigns.
