Company Material Contracts definition

Company Material Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).
Company Material Contracts means all contracts, agreements or understandings (whether written or oral) that are currently in effect or pursuant to which the Company or a Company Subsidiary has obligations or its assets are otherwise bound:

Company Material Contracts. As used herein, “Contract” shall mean any agreement, contract, obligation, promise, understanding or undertaking (whether written or oral) that is legally binding.

Company Material Contracts. As used herein, “Contract” shall mean any agreement, contract, obligation, promise, understanding or undertaking (whether written or oral and whether express or implied) that is legally binding and (i) under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has or may acquire any rights, (b) under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has or may become subject to any obligation or liability or (c) by which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or the assets owned or used by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, is or may become bound. Section 3.20 of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth a complete and correct list of all Company Material Contracts as of the date of this Agreement that have not been filed or incorporated by reference in the Company SEC Reports. The Company has delivered or made available to Parent true and correct copies of all Company Material Contracts.
