Company Licensed Intellectual Property definition

Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property owned by third Persons that is used in or necessary for the operation of the respective businesses of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries as presently conducted.
Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.
