Company Joint Ventures definition

Company Joint Ventures means Dresser-Rand Company, a partnership, and Ingersoll-Dresser Pump Company, a partnership.
Company Joint Ventures means any Person that is not a Subsidiary of the Company, in which the Company owns directly or indirectly an equity interest.

Company Joint Ventures means, in the singular, each of Metis Celestar and Edge Solutions and, in the plural, Metis Celestar, MetiStar and Edge Solutions.
