Company Interest definition

Company Interest means the interest of a Member in Profits, Losses and Distributions.
Company Interest means the ownership interest in the Company held by a Member, which includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Company Interest may be entitled as provided in this Agreement (including any voting rights and rights to receive distributions of Available Cash), together with all obligations of such Member to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Company Interest

Company Interest means any equity interest, including any class or series of equity interest, in the Company, which shall include any Member Interests.

Company Interest means an ownership interest in the Company held by either a Member or the Managing Member and includes any and all benefits to which the holder of such a Company Interest may be entitled as provided in this Agreement, together with all obligations of such Person to comply with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. There may be one or more classes or series of Company Interests. A Company Interest may be expressed as a number of Class A Common Units or other Company Units.
