Company Intellectual Property Embodiment definition

Company Intellectual Property Embodiment means an Intellectual Property Embodiment owned by the Company.
Company Intellectual Property Embodiment means an Intellectual Property Embodiment owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary. “Company Intellectual Property Right” means an Intellectual Property Right owned or purported to be owned by the Company or a Company Subsidiary.
