Company Insurance Policy definition

Company Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17.
Company Insurance Policy has the meaning given to it in Section 5.16.
Company Insurance Policy means any insurance policy, other than a Company Title Insurance Policy, which is owned by the Company and/or a Subsidiary, including any which pertains to the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ assets, employees or operations.

More Definitions of Company Insurance Policy

Company Insurance Policy means each material policy of fire, liability, workmen’s compensation and other forms of insurance maintained by or for the benefit of the Company or a Subsidiary, the Assets or the employees, officers and directors of the Company and the Subsidiaries.
